Our Managers and Deputy Managers are highly experienced and hold high qualifications in childcare. They support the Compliance Manager's by running the preschool and out of school settings. Most Managers also have additional duties throughout the day including teaching and administration.
Our Managers hold at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevent childcare course. The national minimum standard at present is a Level 3 but we aim higher, the requirements for earning a Level 4, ensure that we hire only the best candidates.
